First, we would like to thank everyone who contributed to last years candle fundraiser! We have been so blessed by God, and all of your support has allowed us to continue to provide for the at risk youth here in Guatemala. Your warm hearts and generous donations have touched the lives of so many. This past year we have continued sponsorship for youth in need, hired needed education staff and helped 4 of our students graduate this past year. All with your generosity and prayers. Thank you!
A little about us
El Centro Youth Center focuses on Guatemala City’s ‘Red Zone’ youth by continuing their education, teaching life and work skills, and sharing with them a hope for the future through a life rooted in Jesus Christ. This allows the kids to live a different reality than the one they have grown used to.

In an ever changing world, we find ourselves coping with family, work, and personal challenges during very uncertain times. The children in Guatemala City are still faced with yesterday’s problems; poverty, sexual and domestic abuse, gang violence and halted education. Through El Centro’s continued efforts in assisting these kids, they are helping them work towards a brighter future.

Pick up and delivery options will be available, however due to rising in shipping costs, we will be unable to ship candles this year.

They are soy wax compatible and adhere to CA Prop 65 list, #1 leading state in clean regulation. The wicks utilized are lead free and zinc free and no black smoke wicks. All jars are 100% reusable, donatable and recyclable.
